I give up.... NO truly, I do. I tried cry it out. I tried the No-Cry Sleep Solution. I tried baby steps, I tried every method I even kind of approve of. She'll never sleep on her own!!! My new plan is in the next few months as she finishes weaning of BF, I'm going to buy her a toddler bed, so that I can lay down with her till she goes to sleep then, get up and know she won't fall out of bed. It's going to happen at some point. Whether she and I want it to or not. And all I can say is... I'll miss her so much! Look at that cute striped booty!

I know you don't want to hear this but I think it's kinda cute :) My baby won't sleep with us, let alone even lay down next to me for anything. She has to sleep in her bed all by herself with her blanket. Sometimes I just wish she would let me take a nap with her...but NOPE!
I promise, promise, PROMISE that one day she'll sleep on her own.
'Someday' being the key word, of course.
Good luck and stick with it and SOMEDAY you'll get a whole night's sleep.
But then, of course, you'll wake up a dozen times thinking 'oh my gosh--what's wrong with my baby?!'
